FOR ALL UP COMING EVENTS:
* All Nominations and Fees MUST be paid at same time of entry.
* Cash payments will no longer be accepted on the day. EFT(Use name as Reference), Money Order or Bank/ Personal Cheques only
* Dogs MUST be kept on a lead at all times & kept in the owners campsite at all time. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dog asked to be removed from the premises.
* CENTRAL WEST TEAM PENNING- Runs are to be limited, So get in early to avoid disappointment
* The Horse must be fully geared(Bridle & Saddle) when ridden at all Central West Team Penning Events. Failure to comply with these rules could result in disqualification in current or future events
*Non Team Penning Australia members will be required to pay a $10 Day Membership.
Rule Changes:

Team Penning Australia Rule No 18 - Youth and Juniors are required to pen assigned catlle only. No spare cattle are to be penned.

WHS and Code of Conduct - Head checks are unacceptable. Rings are permitted but must use split reins.

Accidental Damage
To Grounds and Property
Please notify any of the CWTP committee of any accidental damage to CWTP property or showground equipment as soon as it occurs so the problem can be rectified for everyone's benefit/comfort and safety.
U18 Camping
Responsible Adult Required
It is mandatory that all persons under the age of 18 who are camping overnight at CWTP events are under the supervision of a responsible parent or guardian at all times.
Entries
Due to the overwhelming response of entries for our events the following conditions of entry apply:

No entries will be taken until exactly 1 month prior to event.

There is a maximum of 3 persons per team per division per entry form.

There is a maximum of 6 runs per person per event.

Entries will only be accepted using the entry form provided.

Entries will only be accepted by mail to our PO Box.
