covid-19 safety plan

Our COVID-19 safety plan will apply to everyone over the course of the weekend event.

Part of our COVID-19 safety plan includes everyone having their temperature taken on entry.

Anybody with flu like symptoms is asked not to attend and if you arrive with symptoms or have symptoms over the weekend you will be asked to leave the venue for the safety of others.

All spectators will be required to sign in and produce official identification of were you are from to gain access to the venue.  This includes travelling with the riders. 

If you are from a known hot spot you will not be permitted to enter at all.

Each rider is to pick up their own armband each morning.

The green showers/toilets opposite the sheep shed will be available for use also new showers and toilets at the northern gate.  We are asking if you have a portable shower please bring it with you for use.

As part of the COVID-19 safety plan you are not permitted to go between camp sites eating and drinking.  We are asking that you have everything sorted out for your group.

Entry to the showground will be from the northern gate only.

Camping will only be in the centre of the showground and the northern fence where the power boxes are and the eastern side of the arena.

No camping anywhere else or no use of stables or sheds.

All riders are required to attend briefing so that everyone is clear on the COVID-19 restrictions that we have in place.
